The Problem

External training breaks down without the right structure

When training lives across emails, recorded sessions, and shared drives, external audiences are left piecing together their own path and your team picks up the slack

Knowledge gets scattered

Training materials, resources, and guidance end up scattered across tools and inboxes

Teams repeat themselves

Support teams repeat the same answers with no scalable way to direct people to self-serve

Customers get stuck

There's no clear path from introduction to confident, independent use.

Learning and adoption disconnect

There's no clear link between training activity and real-world outcomes.

FAQ

Customer training questions

Can’t find your answer? Get in touch and we’ll walk through your customer education goals.

Can Sodium Learn support both customer onboarding and ongoing product education?

You can build structured pathways that guide customers from first login through feature adoption, advanced use cases, and periodic refreshers — all within the same platform. Onboarding and ongoing education run in parallel, not as separate projects.

Can we tailor learning for different customer segments, plans, or use cases?

Build separate pathways for administrators, end users, partners, or specific product tiers — so each audience only sees what's relevant to them. Assign by group, role, or segment automatically at enrolment.

How is this different from a help centre or knowledge base?

A help centre is reactive — customers search when they're stuck. Sodium Learn is proactive — customers are guided through structured learning before problems arise. You can also track whether they've completed it, which a knowledge base can't tell you.

Do our customers need to create their own Sodium Learn account?

Customer access is managed by your team. You control who gets access, what they can see, and how they're grouped — customers don't need to set anything up themselves.

How can customer success teams see who needs support?

Track completion, assessment results, and engagement across every learning path. Use that data to identify customers who haven't progressed, failed an assessment, or haven't started — so your CS team can intervene before it becomes a support ticket.

Can we measure whether customer education is actually improving adoption?

Yes. Completion rates, assessment scores, and engagement data give you a clear picture of learning progress. Pair that with your product analytics to connect training activity to real adoption outcomes.

We already have existing training content — do we need to rebuild everything?

No. Sodium Learn supports SCORM 1.2 and 2004, so existing packages import and run as-is. You can mix legacy SCORM content with new native content in the same pathway without reformatting anything.

Can we issue certificates to customers on completion?

Certificates are issued automatically when a customer completes a course or pathway — downloadable instantly. You can also set expiry dates and send renewal reminders for time-sensitive certifications.
