About Us

Designed for People. Built for Performance.

At our core, we are a People first company. We put our team, partners & users first in everything we build & do. We believe knowledge in all its forms is a core fundamental to empowering individuals to do their best work.

Our Story

The problem wasn't theoretical. We'd lived it.

The founding team have worked across healthcare, non-profits, education and financial services sectors where compliance isn't optional, where resources are stretched, and where the cost of getting learning wrong is real.

We'd worked in organisations where compliance meant chasing people on spreadsheets, where onboarding meant sending a Google Drive link, and where teams spent more time managing broken systems than helping people grow.

The tools existed. They just didn't work together. Nobody had built something that did all of it.

So we built it.

What we believe

Learning that works

Workplace learning should be simple to run and genuinely useful to the people doing it.

Not a compliance checkbox. Not a list of videos nobody watches.

Something that actually makes a difference to the person onboarding in week one, to the manager tracking completions before an audit, to the L&D lead trying to prove the value of their programme.

Who we build for

Built for the people behind your people's growth

Designed with the admin, the manager, and the learner in mind because learning only works when it works for everyone.

L&D Managers

Keeping everyone else growing

Running compliance programmes, onboarding new starters, and keeping distributed teams up to speed without the admin overhead.

What is Sodium Learn?

Sodium Learn is a intelligent learning platform for businesses. It enables organisations to create, manage, and deliver knowledge in one place. Teams can run their entire learning operation without switching between tools.

Who is Sodium Learn built for?

Built for L&D, HR, Compliance, and Operations teams at organisations with 100 to 2,000 employees. Those running compliance heavy or distributed workforces. If your team manages recurring learning, onboarding, or regulatory requirements, it's likely a strong fit.

How is Sodium Learn different from a traditional LMS?

Most LMS platforms handle content delivery but leave creation and knowledge management to separate tools. Sodium Learn combines authoring, management, and the learner experience in one platform. Less overhead, fewer integrations, and a single source of truth.

Can it replace our existing LMS, LXP, or authoring tools?

A traditional LMS handles delivery, but you still need separate tools for content creation, knowledge management, and reporting. Sodium Learn covers all of it in one platform. Fewer integrations to maintain, less admin overhead, and a single source of truth for learning across your organisation.

We already have a SCORM library. Do we have to rebuild everything?

Sodium Learn has native SCORM 1.2 & 2004 support. Your existing SCORM content imports and runs as-is. You can distribute packages alongside native content without any rebuilding or reformatting.

How long does it take to get started?

Most teams can be up and running within a week. We'll help you through the process from onboarding and setup to migrating your existing content.

How does Sodium Learn approach AI?

Sodium Learn is built with AI in mind. It's part of our product roadmap and architecture. Current features focus on fast content creation, structured workflows, and real-time reporting. AI assisted capabilities will be released as they become available.
